How do you approach a new project?

We start with a Pattern Conversation designed to get to know you and your business. Then if we are a good fit for each other, there are three phases through which we can work together. Every engagement starts with Decode: a Pattern Diagnosis discovery phase that includes stakeholder interviews and evidence analysis to surface the patterns of growth inside your business and reveal the golden thread connecting them. The Design phase builds the marketing strategy and go-to-market roadmap around it, co-authored with your team. The Deliver phase provides ongoing Advisory: strategic counsel as you implement the plans and cross new thresholds.

How long does a typical engagement last?

A Decode engagement typically runs for six to nine weeks, although we are flexible and have run quick reviews and deeper dives dependent on requirements. We recommend the Design phase follows directly after, building the strategy and roadmap around what Decode reveals. Some clients then move into Deliver which brings them confidence they will have ongoing strategic counsel as they implement and cross new thresholds. The shape and length of that ongoing relationship depends on what the business needs at each stage.
